Reports claim XRP to be the most viable and promising crypto asset for 2026
XRP token is creating a buzz in the cryptocurrency sector, with Wall Street media heavyweight CNBC calling it the most enticing crypto trade for 2026. As per MacKenzie Sigalos, CNBC’s finance, and tech correspondent, XRP, the cryptocurrency of Ripple, has proven to be an ace winner, beating high market capitalization assets like Bitcoin and Ether.
During the Power Launch show on CNBC, the show’s host, Brian Sullivan, remarked about XRP and said it is the most digital asset for 2026. His remarks created a positive sentiment in the trading community, and it pulled in a lot of interest from retail and institutional crypto investors.
Recently, CNBC stated XRP is the most XRP and Ether in terms of recent gains. In just seven days, the price of XRP increased by nearly 20%. The Ripple company is defined distinct from a payment technology point of view. As per CNBS they serve cross border payment. It is different than Ethereum and Bitcoin. Those technologies are storage of value. With use cases and utility restricted to open permissionless smart contracts.
XRP is defined as the currency layer to be the value exchange layer. Most active at the end of 2025 with increased market volatility. XRP ETF within the first 30 days had 1B of net inflows and 0 outflows. This is a solid and positive sign.
