Bitget Adds Anthropic ANT to IPO Prime Ahead of Anticipated Public Listing
Bitget has introduced an Anthropic-linked ANT offering on its IPO Prime platform, enabling eligible investors to engage in pre-IPO subscriptions from $100. The offering, announced Nov. 3, 2026, includes separate VIP and public subscription rounds starting Nov. 5. This development adds one more AI-related investment opportunity to Bitget’s growing ecosystem of tokenized assets and cross-asset trading.
Bitget Rolls Out Anthropic ANT Offering Through IPO Prime
Bitget announced its offering linked to Anthropic on Nov. 3, adding to its IPO Prime investment options ahead of Anthropic’s planned Nasdaq listing. Qualified users can join the platform with their existing Bitget accounts, with minimum subscriptions from $100. Investors can choose between USDGO and USDT for their commitments.
The offer is divided into VIP and public subscription rounds with different investment limits, fees and allotment conditions for each. The launch also marks Bitget’s wider foray into investment products linked to private companies and conventional financial markets.
Bitget Kicks Off Two Subscription Rounds Beginning Nov. 5
Bitget has established two separate subscription periods for VIP and public participants. The VIP round, which runs from Nov. 5 through Nov. 9, includes individual commitments as high as $3 million. The round has a total subscription commitment cap of $1 billion. The public round, meanwhile, opens Nov. 10 and runs until one day before Anthropic’s planned IPO. Eligible members of the public can subscribe for between $100 and $25,000, with a total cap on subscriptions of $200 million.
Anthropic Offering Has Different Fee and Allocation Limits
The offering, supported by Anthropic, has different fee structures for underwriting by VIPs and by the public. VIP subscriptions are subject to a 12% underwriting fee, while public subscriptions are subject to a 5% fee. Allocation is not guarantyd as final distribution depends on available shares and investor demand.
Bitget’s terms also state that if participants receive fewer shares than their committed amounts, the unutilized subscription funds will be returned. Those factors make subscription limits, underwriting fees and uncertainty about allocation important considerations for investors.
Bitget allocates Anthropic offerings using rANT tokens
Participating brokerage partners will receive allocated shares upon settlement, and eligible participants may receive corresponding rANT tokens. However, holding rANT does not give you direct ownership of shares in Anthropic or the right to vote as a shareholder.
Bitget also clarified that Anthropic has not authorized or endorsed the offering. VIP participants should get their tokens in three to five business days after the IPO, but public allotments may take a few more days. These arrangements separate the token-based offering from traditional stock ownership.
Anthropic Eyes Possible Nasdaq IPO Under Ticker ANT
The other major thing that’s happening for the AI investment market is the planned IPO of Anthropic. The company initially filed its US IPO prospectus on October 26 and filed an amendment on November 2. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ANT, but the final IPO price is unknown.
Bitget anticipates a market valuation of approximately $1.75 trillion, depending on the final pricing and listing terms. The suggested valuation and listing timeline are subject to the company’s final offering arrangements.
Anthropic courts Japanese investors with $3.5B share sale
Along with its US listing preparations, Anthropic is said to be getting ready to offer Japanese investors as much as $3.5 billion in shares. The planned share sale highlights the company’s appetite for foreign investment ahead of its expected listing on the stock market.
The Japanese fundraising plan adds another dimension to Anthropic’s broader capital-raising strategy. However, the proposed amount is not to be confused with the limits of the Bitget subscription, as the two arrangements consist of different investment structures and allocation methods.
Bitget Expands IPO Prime Following Strong Trading Growth
Bitget reported its third-quarter 2026 trading volume at $1.86 trillion after the Anthropic offering. The exchange has also expanded its business into tokenized shares and cross-asset trading, linking crypto markets to conventional financial products. The addition of an Anthropic-linked offering also extends its IPO Prime platform beyond traditional crypto trading.
However, investors should keep in mind the underwriting fees, subscription deadlines, allocation uncertainty and lack of direct shareholder rights before participating. Ultimately, the outcome for the offering will depend on the final IPO pricing and listing arrangements for Anthropic.
