Bitget has launched its Anti-Scam Month 2026 campaign with a new slogan “More Assets, Stronger Shield. Stay Safe in the Multi-Asset Era.” The campaign is dedicated to user safety and focuses on the worrisome trends in the digital asset space. The goal is to develop preventative measures against the dangers of multi-asset trading, where users can now trade crypto, tokenized assets, and other financial instruments.
After a successful 2025 where Bitget was able to significantly upgrade their cybersecurity and anti-fraud infrastructures, this campaign is launched during a year where the company proudly states that they effectively blocked over 150 million bad actor attacks. Bitget’s security divisions worked on 18,135 protection cases for users.

Bitget also found and blocked over 13,000 malicious and high-risk IP addresses. Bitget’s based systems and security allow for user reclamation of missing funds due to security incidents. In 2025, Bitget reclaimed $32.3 million for users.
Hon Ng, Bitget’s Chief Legal Officer, stated that user security must be a value that keeps pace with expanding the services of digital assets. Bitget demonstrates a commitment to both customer satisfaction and protection with Anti-Scam Month 2026. As digital assets and investment opportunities grow, security should increase to counter evolving user threats.
Bitget made several key security updates in 2025. They added Passkey authentication based on FIDO2 and WebAuthn security standards. This upgraded the protection of user accounts and the security of login sessions. Multi-factor authentication was also implemented for many more high-risk account activities.

Anti-Phishing defenses were also enhanced. This was done in an effort to equip users to defend against more advanced phishing scams that are coming about. A number of new monitoring systems were also added to give users more real-time control and visibility of their assets.
Bitget added even more protection by expanding their real-time threat detection and web protection systems. Because of these systems, Bitget created its own security rules and blocked over 1.5 billion DDoS attack attempts and stopped over 2.8 billion threats. Bitget also added machine learning to analyze the behaviors of users and threats to aid in the detection of suspicious activities.

Along with the added security technology, Bitget invested more in user education. 2024 and 2025’s Anti-Scam Month campaigns added more educational materials and outreach to nearly 1.38 billion users. The company expanded its Anti-Scam Hub and continued its public bug bounty program.
The Smarter Eyes Challenge attracted nearly 50,000 users to participate in simulated phishing and scams to improve defense against such attacks. Bitget also partnered with many top blockchain security firms, including SlowMist and Elliptic, to improve threat intelligence and security education in the digital asset community.
